OPEN THE STORE! You guys keep drive thru only rather make your customers wait instead of providing SERVICE. The people who aren’t lazy or need to run don’t wanna wait in a long drive thru they will gladly run into the store. Dunkin has become a joke.

I love matcha latte and I ordered consistently to Dunkin near my place. So far, they got 2 orders out of 10 orders made wrong to iced latte (coffee). I've asked (through app) for less ice and out of 5 times, only ONCE it was filled with less ice. Small size was 4 sips and was gone I starting to doubt they made it almond milk when I order through app as apparently "less ice" means ice to the rim.
