The purchase experience overall was great. My concerns are that the air conditioning needed repairs. Thankfully the cost was covered and required no out of pocket funds from me. But as indicated by the pictures here, the car came with stains in the header that do not show on the original sales pictures of the car that I selected. Either the damage happened after the sales photos were taken or the sales photos were airbrushed to remove the imperfections. There was also some type of sticky film on the interior front window and type of adhesive goo in the interior back window. I am still evaluating the overall experience because I've only had the car for just over one week. If I find that the original promotion pictures were doctored and that the damage to the header was concealed I'll seek counsel as to what the remedies may be regarding Pennsylvania's consumer laws regarding car sales. For now my 4 stars is because the experience in general has been a good one regardless.

The online process with Carvana worked smoothly and flawlessly. I got a good price for my trade in and although we had to drive a ways to deliver the car, the handover process took all of 2 minutes. The agent was pleasant, explained everything well and even answered a question via a text after we had separated. I would recommend Carvana for selling your car.

My appointment was at 1:45 pm, I got there at 1:30, I did not even SEE my car until 3:30. People who had appointments at 2 and 2:15 got there cars and left before I even saw mine. When I got my car it was so dirty. They claim to detail the car but you can tell they only did a quick wipe down and not a deep clean. I just expected it to be more efficient and better? I flew out from Boston and had to drive the car back and they did give me a full tank of gas which was the only good thing.

ZERO stars. I was in the process of purchasing a car and changed my mind and there is no way to cancel the purchase process on the website (I did not pay anything yet. I was just on the first few steps of the procedure.) Also.... if you have an account with Carvana and want to delete it, good luck! They will tell you "there is no way to delete your account". Every one of their competitors gives you the option to delete your account easily. Carvana has no option on their site and will not do it at all. WHY???? Fraudulent user numbers? Collecting user data? How does this benefit Carvana??? If you choose to deal with this shady company, good luck to you.

You actually do everything online. Get pre-approved for financing, setup your trade in which they will give you an estimate for, and purchase your vehicle. If your new vehicle isn't in your local carousel, they will send it there or you may have it delivered to your house. It's really easy. Just purchased mine a month ago.
