I walked in and placed a carry out order. I looked inside the kitchen and saw the chef chasing a rat, I’m not paying to watch ratatouille! When I asked for my money back to take my business to another establishment, the manager cursed me out and called me racial slurs. I started crying and he punched me in the face. I ran outside to my car and I saw that the car got stolen. Bad area, bad food, bad workers. I’ll be calling corporate to complain. Just read the reviews this location should be shut down.

I ordered with card and they never delivered to my address. I called the guy and he threatened to charge my card double because I was complaining. I don’t know what the problem is with the people at this location but they think life is a joke. I went inside to speak to the staff the next day and he played dumb. When I brought up my order information he said it was delivered. Do NOT order from this location if you work for your money because you WILL lose it.

Disgusting pizza. I placed an order for 3 pies, 1 cheese stick, 1 bread stick, 2 cookies, and a 2 liter and NOTHING arrived. I called the location and was transferred to the manager who called me multiple racial slurs. My card was charged and I’ll be disputing it. I waited over an hour before calling and was treating with nothing but disrespect. This location’s existence is a crime against humanity and it should be the city’s top priority to shut it down because someone needs to teach the manager basic respect.

This place is by far the worst to order from. Not only did they forget pieces of my order, but they promised to drop off the rest of my order and didn't. BIG LIE. Then, they also place coupons on each box of pizza that's ordered and don't honor any of them. I call, they say they are online coupons (none of this is specified on the coupons, nor is a date. It only says for a limited time only. How could this be if I just purchased the pizza yesterday and tried the coupons the next day). I try the coupons online with both discounted items and regular priced items, none of them work. So I call back and the person who answers the phone tells me I need to call 1-800-PaPa-John, but either way you dial the number its still disconnected. So I go up to the store in person and tell them everything that is wrong and the cashier acts as though he doesn't know anything and says he needs to talk to his boss about this. This is such a big sham, not only did they not honor their coupons, but they also were not worried about correcting the mistakes they made... as if I wasn't a customer who paid for everything I ordered.
