I had never been to, but driven past this restaurant many times. I was out for the day with my wife and our two children. We were seated quickly and placed our orders which included a cornbread appetizer. After we started eating the appetizer, my eight year old said "can someone explain why there is a fly in my food?" We figured she was joking, but sure enough there appeared to be a dead fly baked into the bread. We asked the manager to leave and forego our order. They provided a gift card for $40 and we left. Needless to say this was an awful experience. Wanted to post so that hopefully someone will look into the cooking process at this location.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I have been here plenty of times over the years and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and professional. The food…well that’s self explanatory; it’s AMAZING! The atmosphere is usually fairly quiet, but I should note that it’s extremely dark inside. There’s a nice bar to the left of the front door, separated from the dining area. All in all - 5 STARS ✨

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Yes, we had to make reservations for Christmas eve. These pictures r from our appetizers only...the food was really good...my daughter had the grilled shrimp n scallops and I had the braisedshort ribs with cinnamon apples and the shoe string fries. We also had their apple cider brussel sprout. Everything was good...no great great from the beginning to the end our waitress was a young girl n she was respectful n nice. It was worth driving 54 minutes🙂Definitely recommend

Yawn! Couldn't be more average if they tried. Place seemed like it was nice from the start. I had a res reservation. Took the front a few minutes to figure that all out, an I speak plain American. Was on a date hoping to be nestled in some fairly lit corner. But no, it's to the main center in a booth. Well.. had a smarmy waitress the mostly spoke to my date. Food was plain and was actually cold not tepid, not cool but cold. They did take it right back, only to microwave my dish, and scallops... ruined them completely. But the garlic mashed were hot. The broccoli were super mushy. Barely pallettable. Sad, looks like a nice place. Waiters talking loud on some earphone devices. This needs to be retooled. Sorry... not sorry.. blah sorry would choose that place again.
