AWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! ZERO STARS!! We tried to take a look some options and didn’t know that was a restrict area. The attendant Maria ( told us that she was the owner) was TOTALLY RUDE! Will never see my money again. I will tell my story to everyone that I know.

Great service and amazing staff!!! Only thing is that I thought I was going into a hat shack and it's actually a lids store. Thankfully I was able to find the jersey I wanted. But in my opinion the name should be updated in the internet. Still a great place to shop at. Will be coming back to LIDS!!
