FYI if youβre trying to get a license (after you have completed the road test), you have to arrive before 1100 (as of the time of this review, anyway). An important detail that one would think the employee who said βcome back tomorrow morningβ after I had passed the road test might have mentioned, or that the MVC website itself might mention, but apparently not. On the bright side, the building is nice.

The absolute worst experience ever! Waited over 3 hours to simply change the class status on a driverβs license. The queue over flooded with numbers and the clerks chit chatting in groups at the booths. If this is while having an appointment, I canβt imagine what it looked like when it was on a walk-in basis. If I could give them negative stars there wouldnβt be enough to rate this facility.

In addition to waiting weeks or months for an appointment, when I arrived, when an appointment was not required, to drop off paperwork, I was refused entry as the office was closing in 45 minutes, not 5, 10, or 15 minutes, the office was not closing for 45 minutes with only 6 cars in the parking lot. Ridiculous when it was just to drop off paperwork. Fast forward a few weeks and I brought a friend for their road test. I watched as an individual taking the road test was unable to parallel park. No turn signal going into the space and made 4 back and forth attempts in the space to get closer to the curb. When that failed, the driver pulled out of the spot, again no turn signal and tried again. He backed in again, no turn signal and this time hit the curb. He pulled out, no turn signal, drove to the street, turned left, again no turn signal. He was on the street maybe 3 minutes and pulled back into the mvc (you guessed it, no turn signal) and passed the test. It's just frightening that people like that should fail the test do not. Explains plenty of what I see on the road when these types of people can pass the driving test and cannot even use directional signals.

I renewed my registration online in December and haven't received it yet !!! Can I get it done at this location?
Itβs not Spongebob Square Pants. There are no obstacles.
Yes they opened on april 29
Absolutely. But check their website first to make an appointment. Or you can walk in to make an appointment but you might have to come back. This is the best place I've been to so I hope you have success
