Although these places are draining and exhausting, without them many of us would have nothing. We have to remember they are overloaded on caseload and these people work diligently and hard so that we may benefit from their services. States and governments tie their hands. Many wish they could do more. This is a thankless job and all people whom work within this field and keep coming back day in and day out for more abuse deserve nothing but accolades. Thank you all for all your service and tireless efforts to help our children get what they need. How dare anyone gave the audacity to complain when receiving free services for your children. This is not an entitlement people its a service to help those struggling . You should all be ashamed of yourselves for behaving the way you do. Be thankful.

I went here to complete my Mom’s Medicaid application because it required more documents. I met with Carla and Bennot. Both gave me different information contradicting each other. Carla was very rude the entire time. In the end neither were knowledgeable enough to give me correct information because my case work called me and told me that the info I provided was not correct and this office filed it incorrectly. My case worker was able to to me exactly what I needed to complete the application. Neither Carla or Bennot were helpful or knowledgeable on Medicaid. This office does not provide a phone number that you may call and talk to an actual person, unless you have their extension which the majority of people calling will not know or have access to. When you call you get an automated message and cannot leave a voicemail.
