Wife came along to get her own card today. The woman who helped her was so nice and took the time to explain most of what was offered. She was very helpful with all the dumb questions I asked. Excited for all the children's books when our little girl arrives.

Yes they do.
Yes there is a room in the back of the library. It's pretty comfy.
Yes. They have one linked to a computer. You scan it in then fax it. It's behind the reference desk area. You have pay to send them. But it was better than FedEx Kinkos prices.
They are open. I was there yesterday. The website for this library gives you their policies. Most of the libraries in Pinellas. County are open.

You will have to contact the library itself about that they have a lot of different programs here and I'm not familiar with all of them.
Ask at desk. I think u can get 4 tkts for family...they do expire
You can check out a pocket wifi device with your library card. I suggest putting a hold request on, as they are in high demand. You can check it out for 2 weeks for free!
