Front desk ladies were very nice, so was the the vet tech girl helper, however i am not even sure if i could point out the Vet that came in to look at my cat, i brought him in for a growth on his face, she was in and out in less than 30 seconds, not sure she even looked at me, didn't introduce herself or anything, did a quick look at my cat said won't know anything till we do surgery and send it in.. i asked any idea what it could be, said no we will have to send it in, left the room sent the girl back in with an estimate of $2000.00. Really? Not a very friendly, or informing vet, probably will go elsewhere, kind of wasted my time and $, she seemed annoyed that she was even there, maybe she was having a bad morning.

I reached out to VCA about a dog they had never seen, when he was having an emergency situation. The doctor came to the phone and talked with me, and made arrangements for me to see him the next morning. I was very impressed that they were so knowledgeable, kind and just wonderful when I brought the dog in this morning. The really sad part is that I had been calling my regular vet for several days, asking them to see the dog, and they would not even try to fit him in during four days before the crisis. I've transferred all of the medical records to VCA for both dogs now. Luckily enough, I've only needed to see the vet for yearly visits until now, but at least now I know that I'm at a vet that actually cares about the animal.

I've been going to Village Animal hospital for the better part of 17 yrs while still on active duty in the military. I moved here with 3 dogs and 2 cats, all rescues. Now, I'm down to a different dog and 2 different cats (rescues too). I trust and rely on the advice, care, and attention to detail from the whole team. Between all the wonderful ladies upfront especially Jackie (has since retired), vet. techs, and Dr. Bauman and others, past and present, Village, in my opinion puts the pet's welfare first! Thank you!
