We are searching for a new home and our experience with Jacobsen's staff was phenomenal. We started with one of their dealers who recommended us to Wendy. She walked with us through some of the models and answered all our questions and gave specs on the build as well as did mock ups while we walked through. Fantastic experience and very much anticipating our work together on the build of our home!

I drive by their manufacturing building almost daily, unfortunately... Many times a forklift is escorting a module down the street to their other factory location. In the process of doing so, a bunch of debris flies off everywhere along the road whether it be insulation or misc remnants from the build. It litters both sides of the road constantly. I can only imagine if people pick up nails in their tires from the lack of awareness. I will file a report with the city in regards to this issue.

Great customer service and very helpful. Very honest and professional when it comes to length of time and options etc for the home building process. This is why I chose Jacobsen homes for my modular house.

Horrible service, The houses dry wall look so bad. They say that there is a 90 day warranty on the dry wall but they are in no rush to fix my home. I have emailed them and called them so many times but they keep giving me the run around. The crown moulding looks like it is about to fall off the ceiling around the whole house, the ceiling has a big crack in it, and the walls have spots that are painted poorly. If you are looking to buy a modular home from Jacobsen Homes I strongly advise you to look elsewhere, they are that bad. Poorly built and they do not seem to care.

If the vinyl siding is attached to tightly it deforms with heat and cold it’s thermal expansion. Vinyl siding has slots along the attachment side of each panel this is for expansion, so the fasteners can’t be tight or it locks the siding in place with no way to expand and contract hence buckling.
The houses can be from 70,000 to 190,000 with all adrentro and 10 years of warranty and one year the
Go on YouTube and tap "ataching a flower box under window on a manufactured mobile home". 😊
Call a attorney because Jacobsen will not take any responsibility for their trash construction. Your shower is probably leaking from incorrect plumbing inside wall behind your shower. They are notorious for this type of disregard of building code. They believe they are protected by HUD.
As a matter of fact lookup Jacobsen homes nightmares on fb. You will find info about a class action lawsuit in the works
Call Jacobson direct or dealer you purchased home from.. but I would think widows from then are not avail. New standards
Yes somewhat
I suggest u to call the warranty office and the with so much pleasure and kindness will help you yo find out a solution for your issue.
No they will not withstand anything near those windspeeds Jacobsen homes does not follow federal building and 3rd party inspectors are Jacobsen cohorts. Seek legal counsel, Jacobsen contracts clear them of any wrongdoing.
