I had a wonderful experience with getting this home done. Jacobsen's was most helpful, very friendly, prompt to reply and ready to assist through all the detail up to the final CO. Patty, the one with whom I worked the most, was the absolute best. Always friendly, positive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Just revisited this location after their larger competitor across the street as we are planning on buying in the next 6 months. Was provided a map across the street listing floor plans and dimensions. Arrived here at this location, asked to look at the models, was told go ahead their all open. Asked for a map, and using the term lightly, the gentleman said there's only 5 so if you get lost... I asked again so I have the specs. He finally handed my son and I a map saying here, as if I was bothering him. In the past visits I've had very pleasant visits. This one here definitely turned me off from doing business with Jacobsen now. It's a shame.

We visited the Plant City Home Store and spoke with Scott Drinkwater. He is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the modular home experience. We go so much information from him from what is involved, what costs we would face, what they can help you with and he also pointed us in the right direction to find land to build our home on. Scott is not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions with patience. We even went back a second day to ask more questions we thought of and he was never hurried. We are so happy to have this experience and look forward to finishing our new home with Jacobsens and Scott. We highly recommend this business.
