Customer service at this location was pretty great. They were able to look at my car, even though I dropped it off in the late afternoon. 1 star knocked off since they couldn't resolve my problem, but I wasn't charged for anything either. I would visit again in the future.

My car broke down on 95 I made it to Firestone. Although I had to have car towed,the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Especially ladies at register and Lee. I was traveling but I have used Firestone in my city many times

The worst customer service ever. Save a trip. Not only was the work van dropped off on Friday to ensure it would be ready. I was told by Noah who was helpful it would be ready an what was wrong an it would be ready for sure Saturday. Then noah leaves an magically the rudest witch of west is there a the story changes. The van will not be ready until monday an a part needs to be ordered. I dropped it off Friday? Was told this was the issue an was given a price and now this? Then i get the Monday an WOW they charge me $100 more the the quoted $1600 and charged me for replacement washer blades which isnt a problem. IF THE ACTUALLY PUT THEM ON. So i called them back an the responce is how do we know. Wow just wow. So never again. And i wonder why friends said stop dont go there. BBB here i come.

Really great experience! The associate was welcoming and pleasant. I shared with her that I had a time sensitive appointment and she assured me that my oil change would be done timely. My appointment started at the scheduled time and was completed maybe 20 minutes later. The technician was quick and efficient. I think everyone that worked there knew my appointment was time sensitive cause the associate mentioned it when he was collecting payment. Amazing experience!!
