My package was not delivered to the recipient and the business owner could care less about what happened to it. Also, prices are much higher!!! I wish I read the reviews go anywhere else but here. Update: Recipient received package but glass item was broken. I specially requested to pack item to prevent getting broken. I highly suggest not using this company for your mailing needs.

If you were able to give less than 1 star I would. These people are awful and should be shut down. Their work ethic is unprofessional the guy that owns the place and the lady that work there were arguing when I went in to ship my package. It took them 5 minutes to even realize I was there. They gave me quotes on a shipment I was wondering why they were so high in price. Now I know these places can charge whatever they want. If you go to a Fedex store the price drops about 30 dollars.This is a scam.

I bought a large (& very heavy) mirrored/glass and crystal encrusted clock from a local furniture store and wanted to have it shipped back to Philly since I couldn't take it on the flight home. Tim (the owner), his assistant, a local guy who stops in daily & the fed ex guy doing a pick-up could NOT have been ANY nicer to us! THey were pleasant, courteous, communicative, made us feel welcome and assured me that the item would arrive in one piece. They wrapped it and packed it up and sent it off Fed Ex for us. I am happy to say it arrived this Am (3 day ground which is what I paid for, and in one piece! THANK YOU TIM & COMPANY! You guys rock!
