A sandwich was missing from my order - no one answered the phone when I called the store - no one respond to my message from the customer care number. Absolutely unprofessional, extremely pleasant employees; yet, being pleasant does not make up for missing food that was paid for. The store itself was closed at that moment only the drive-thru was open and I did not feel like driving 7 miles the next day just for a sandwich: the situation should have been resolved that day by answering the phone.

Signs say that store has skip the line if u order and pay online so thats what I did, I get to window manager give me attitude says I still have to stop at speaker this location does not offer that mind you the signs are all on the parking lot. I go back next day now its a car blocking so you are unable to skip line, if this service is not offered here they need to stop advertising.
