The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She told me that even if I walked in shortly before closing time, they would see me! (I got there about an hour before that). Total, I probably waited less than five minutes! My clinician was very helpful friendly thorough and appeared very competent!

The nurses and provider was exceptional, very informative they listened and delivered exceptional care. I just want to say THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! for being care workers that truly care and treat patients with excellence

They got me in quickly and the PA and medical assistants were professional and efficient. However, I’m concerned about their infection control tactics. I called to tell them I had tested positive x2 at home and had COVID symptoms, and was hoping to get Paxlovid. They told me that despite testing positive I needed to come inside to register and sit in the regular waiting room. In addition to standing in line and sitting in the waiting room, they had me walking around in the back to give urine, etc, around the other patients. Be forewarned if you are coming here with anything other than existing COVID.

Great experience! Went in as a walk-in on Sat. and it was pretty empty (2 other people). I was called to the back before I could get finished registering online, which was a plus for me. Although my issue was not really determined, I received adequate testing, an informative checkup, and assurance I was not dying. They were thorough and bought some ease to my mind. Everyone I came in contact with that day were pleasant. The receptionist, the nurse (with the nice piercings), and the doctor were all courteous. In the nutshell, it was a fast and good experience. 4 stars because that triage bed was beat down and made me cringe a bit, but my care team made up for that flaw. Thanks to our sheroes and heroes for your time and commitment!!!

yes they see people who have a toothache. My daughter went to the one at Sinai Hospital
I think that this depends on your insurance. My policy provides for a $30 copay for urgent care facilities and over $150 for emergency rooms.
