Entering the restaurant, the quaint atmosphere hit right away. Smaller Cheesecake Factory, plus the view of the harbor and people watching made this a true experience. The customer service was excellent. Joshua was our waiter, and while only being a trainee, he did a great job. He met our needs while also being personable and offering suggestions to people in our party who had never been to a Cheesecake Factory before. All in all, a great experience, will eat again.

Visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor my hometown from Florida. I haven't been to a cheesecake factory in many years. And even though there was no crab due to a shortage the meals we decided to choose tasted amazing. I especially enjoyed the Avocado rolls, the dipping sauce is to die for. The tiramisu for desert was also a hit. Thanks for reminding me how great your food is.

Went last Sunday, with my husband and 2 yr old. My husband told the lady for seating inside. As we have a 2 yr old and her being outside would be crazy! She said it would be a 20-30 min wait for inside. We said that’s fine. Waited our 20-30 mins and she puts us outside and then says “you need a booster seat let me go get it “ so we waited 10 mins and the only one to show up is our waiter. The outside tables were Dirty! Yes, it’s outside tables, but seriously? He introduces himself and says “let me go get your waters and a toddler cup” mind you, he never asked what we wanted to drink. before he left I said “can you make sure to bring a booster chair” as he scurried away. He comes back 10 mins later with my husband and I water and nothing for my child, & no booster seat by the way. He takes our orders, and scurries away again. 30 mins later the lady brings out her booster chair. The waiter comes back and we order our food. My husband ordered some salmon, steak (rare) with mash potatoes and asparagus. I got a monte crisco with potatoes , and my daughter a cheese quesadilla. As an appetizer shrimp tempura. Which was the only good thing by the way My husbands food looked soupy, the steak was medium well/well done. It didn’t even taste good. My monte cristo sandwich was freaking weird! In the description said crispy or toasted French toast bread, with ham, egg, & bacon. With powered sugar and raspberry sauce. Why the heck did my sandwich had cornflakes on it! I’ve had that sandwich at other restaurants before and never have I ever had freakin cornflakes on a sandwich bread. I didn’t even eat it. My daughters quesadilla didn’t even come with sour cream or salsa. He came to our table once and asked if everything was ok, and before we can answer the mofo literally would scurry away. We also got cheesecake to go and at least that was good . This has been my 3rd here in 10 years, and the service has gone down hill. Shut the place down .

Our family had a very nice lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. The wait was about 25 minutes to be seated. The hostess takes your cell phone number and they send a text when the table is ready. This way you can enjoy walking the inner harbor until your table is ready. Our waitress was attentive and our food was prepared just right. I had the Shrimp with Angel Hair pasta and the shrimp was cooked to perfection along with the noodles. I’ve eaten before at Cheesecake Factory and usually the food is ok. However, this one represents the brand well.

No
Sorry, haven't had them.
I am not sure. As far as I know last year it was not. I looked at their website, but have not found anything saying whether they are open or closed on Thanksgiving.
