Unprofessional lot's of bad language people not wanting to help you ....one young man step up to help thank goodness he happen to be there...the other people need to be retrain and reminded the public pays their salary !

Poor customer service. Store is dirty and unkept. Staff has no knowledge of products or cars. I went there to buy a new battery. The young man looked it up on the stores computer and told me I needed this battery. I brought the battery and after hours of trying to figure out why my car won’t start, it was the wrong battery. I went there because I didn’t know. But if they don’t know either then what’s the point. I know people need jobs but make sure they at least know how to do the job. Stay away if your not a mechanic and need help.

Not good service. Staff had me waiting over 5 minutes to pay for what I had gone for. They saw me standing at the register from outside but were too busy on the phone and the staff that was inside didn't acknowledge me cuz they had ear phones in and couldn't hear anything

If I could give NO stars I would. The first I ever been this store and people were not welcoming. I watch every step I took by the people that worked in the store and rushed to make my purchase. I will never by from from here again.
