When you pull in just back in a door an check in. It doesn't take long to get loaded you'll be in an out under 30 minutes tops if your load is ready

Very friendly people at shipping/receiving dept. They are fcfs facility, but guys load extremely fast. Plenty of room to back up a trlr. Scale on site. Docks 2 and 3 for most trucks, in order to use dock 1 you have to be able to dump the air on your trlr.

Is it normal to wait 3-4 hours to get loaded here at this facility?

Depends on when you get there. They are first come first serve and can get very busy. Usually 30 minutes per truck load times, once you get into a door. I have seen 12 trucks waiting to get in before and was there 3-4 hours
