Friday July 15, my wife, cousin and I were enjoying the outdoor concert offered by the Annapolis Town Center. I went to the restaurant to order carry out. Not a large crowd inside the bar area, as I sat at the bar, the expecting mother, bartender Raine was very pleasant and busy. After taking my order and offering a pint, I asked Vanessa, a server for plates and cutlery. As Vanessa passed me by mid sentence, she didn't stop to address me, continued to walk away from me, so I stated "that was rude". I immediately asked server Tasha for a manager, she stated "You need to leave"..In disbelief, I asked hostess Keilen to get a manager. As manager Bill approached, server Tasha waked by again and said "get out - you need to leave" - I said to Bill did you hear what she just said me..? I went back to the bar and demanded a refund from Raine for my charges, as Tasha - in a security type fashion is waking around loudly proclaiming"he needs to leave" SEVERAL TIMES This behavior by servers Vanessa and Tasha was heard and witnessed by the entire bar area. As a result, approximately 5 other patrons approached me in solidarity and also left the Annapolis Town Center Gordon Biersch location. As a former restaurant owner and GM of a successful business, This is by far the absolute worse level of customer service I have ever experienced. I will be contacting the GM Daniel forthcoming. If there was a zero star rating the restaurant would have certainly received that from me.

Really love this place. unfortunately, I was on a very stop over for the Gordon Biersch beer. love it. the food on the menu looks delicious. Will definitely come back.

Only giving a 2 for the garlic fries & sliders. Otherwise, our waiter Asia’s service was trash. Had to ask for plates, forgot my water, acted as if everything we asked for was a problem or made it seem as if she would have to go out of her way based on her tone. She also checked on us like twice & when we got our food & were wondering where she was at one point, I looked up & noticed her pull her mask down in the kitchen & grab a bite of food from the ledge. The only time she showed some type of good energy was right before she gave us a check. When she did give us the check, she didn’t say goodnight or anything. Do better.

Beer was good. Brussel sprouts were decent. The two Caesar salads we ordered were absolute garbage. Hers, 16.48 salmon Caesar, didn’t even fill up the to-go dish. Mine, 14.48 chicken Caesar salad, was the same. I would not recommend this place for take out. If you are charging that much for a simple order at least fill the to-go container. My wife and I will likely not go back ever again.
