The mobile home park, when available, has homes that can be purchased through a realtor. Park management requires the buyer to financially qualify to lease the space the home is located on. This park requires residents to agree to a 5 year lease. Rent increases are implemented annually for the month of move in AKA your anniversary date at the current CPI % for the region.
