The photo department person is completely rude. I placed the exact order in Laurel and had zero issues. If I click reorder I expect my order to be done correctly or at least not be smart while I describe the mistakes

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Management is horrible and their apple/google pay doesn't work so you have to run to your car to get your physical card and they make you go to the back of the line. Horrible service. A 3 minute trip turned in 15 because of this ridiculousness. Never coming here again.

my friend had surgery and the doctor sent the prescription to this location. when i arrived to pick them up, the pharmacy tech told me they couldn’t fill that medication. i understand if they can’t fill something however they should have informed the doctor or the patient so they could have gotten their prescription elsewhere. the customer service here is terrible. i called the doctor to explain that the medications could not be filled here. the doctor called the pharmacy directly to clarify as to what the issue was and they hung up the phone on him. i’m very disappointed with the lack of care we received from here.

Terrible medications delivery service! Customer service is not even basic at the store area. The Farmacy department is better on customer service but not good enough to give a higher rating. I will never pay again for delivery. Some of my medications came 10 days after paying next day delivery and the picture shows the exact condition that the package arrived in.
