Darn! Low tire pressure on my way to work! I drove to the station close to work. Come to find out when one of the guys put air in my back tire, there was a nail in it! They took my car right in and fixed it. My go to hubby was out of town, so I was so happy to find a nice place and for its employees to take care of me with a smile. Thanks guys! Quick too! The service was great at Columbia Auto Care! I needed a battery replacement and battery terminal. I called twice to inquire of the cost and hours of operation. I was impressed that when I came in several hours later, the service advisor recognized that I called earlier and was ready to take my information and get started. The advisors were friendly and very knowledgeable. While my car was being serviced, I was contacted twice during the day with updates on the repairs as well as information on recommended services. Columbia Auto Care was accurate with estimating when my vehicle would be repaired and ready for pick up! I received a detailed invoice with services rendered as well as recommended services with prices. I plan to go back to Columbia Auto Care.
