I've been dealing with Cape Horn Western Wear..for several years...without any issues...however recently I called the store to check on the availability of a Carhartt coat..Spoke with an individual who told me after I gave her the exact item number off the actual coat that i was wearing..that the coat I was referring to was no longer manufactured...not on her shelf...wasn't able to order..she seemed to be in a hurry to rush me off the phone....I immediately called Carhartt spokewith a customer service representative who didnt understand why Cape Horn Western Wear was talling about...long story short...i ordered the coat from Carhartt directly..no tax no shipping...i guess Cape Horn Western Wear doesn't care about making a salephoned

This was the BEST boot buying experience I’ve ever had in the last 10 years. We drove 2 hours to get here and will definitely be returning! One of the women who’s name I forget took the time to look at and explain to us why my Fiancé’s feet weren’t fitting comfortably in any boots, as he always has issues finding a comfortable pair and we’ve been searching for ones for our wedding. She helped him fit into the perfect pair and even expanded my knowledge on good boot care to help keep mine looking nice. Thank you so much for your help, twisted x friend :-)
