My husband and I decided to order pizza for our family of 6 plus my in laws. We have ordered from Littlestown Pizza Hut many times before, but the last few times we have purchased pizza it seems to be going down hill. Yesterday's experience was by far the worst. Below is my husbands account for what happened. Not only did we not get pizza for dinner but he said that there was no explaination or empathy from the manager. "So disappointed I ordered online around 3:45 for 5:15 pick up. I Showed up around 5:05 and paid for my pizza order. I watched my order on the screen and waited 45 minutes and after asking multiple times when my order would be ready I was told at 5:50 it wasn't even started and was offered to have my money refunded or wait even longer. I opted for the refund because my wife and children were at home getting ready to go trick or treating at 6:00 and were waiting on me to bring home dinner so we could eat quickly and head out. I wasted 45 minutes of my time and will never order food from Littlestown Pizza Hut again." I realize they may have been busy or short staffed but their lack of good customer service and commication was the decision to leave this review. Update. After my complaint. I was offered free pizza and an apology.

Don't pull off the road into their parking lot to take a rest, they will call the cops on you. What do they think will happen when the cops intarigate me? One, they find something and haul me off to jail. Two, they find nothing, and let me park and rest. Obviously, the caller wanted option one, to see me hauled off to jail. This is extremely unfriendly and dare I say violent. Do not stop to rest in this unfriendly town. Do not to stop spend one dollar, one cent, or one minute, in this unfriendly town; they will call the cops on you and try to put you in jail.
