Very dissapointed with this place. My friend and I went today. We have 2 kids each. The employee told us the total amount to pay for the 4 kids would be one hundred and something dollars. But that they had an offer that you pay for one kid and the other one gets in free and that each of us would only pay $28. We agreed to this. After he charged both of our credit cards, another employee mentions that we have a membership now, I tell him, what membership? I don't have a membership. Then I mentioned him what the first employee explained to us. When he called him, he said that he forgot to mention this membership detail, and the most important part he forgot to mention is that our cards would be charged automatically every month, for 3 months minimum. I asked them to cancel this immediately, because this was never informed to us. We did not ask for any membership. Now they say they do not have the authorization to stop/cancel the charges they will make to our cards. They did send an email requesting the cancellation but told us that even if it is cancelled, we would still be charged for 3 months. You can imagine our frustration with this situation. Now we will have to be dealing with this inconvenience probably for a while. This is not a good way to treat your customers.

I am so disappointed. My son had his birthday party here yesterday and everything was incorrect! We were only given 1 hour in the party room and that time was not even used for my party because they were still cleaning from the party before. My kids were told they could not jump anymore after 1 hour and they had to go in the party room. Why is it that you are paying for 20 minutes in the party room and 1 hour jump time for 400. Totally not worth it and I would not recommend having a party here. It’s just not worth it for the price and time! I had decorations and everything that I wasn’t able to put out because we had no time. If you want me to design something like this for you hit me up on Instagram @ziyaaaaaaaaaa

First time at a Sky Zone and surely won’t be my last. The staff were energetic (on a Monday morning no less!) and informative. The park was clean and SAFE. My family has a blast and I had forgotten how much fun bouncing on a trampoline can be. You owe it to yourself to go and experience it for yourself! Fly high!

A very enjoyable experience, though being practically the only patrons in the building does help with that. A tad out of the way but still a nice place. As of Jan 2022, the building is having some renovations and the wall climbing facilities were not in use but neither of these factors made any real impact on our time there. Make sure you bring water and fresh set of clothes with you as you will want them when your session is over.

I disagree... it's supposed to be a separate section...BUT actually, it is a very large area that's all trampoline...within the trampoline there are individual sections "squares" for each child to jump. It is not well supervised and the kids can run everywhere on each square... Most parents & kids DON'T READ OR FOLLOW any RULES about WHERE their age kids should be, SO kids literally run and chase each other bouncing to each square. IF YOU DON'T WATCH your small children they can easily get hurt. FACT #1- The 1st thing BEFORE the employees will let anyone jump, YOU HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER releasing Sky Zone from ANY LIABILITY of ANY IN JURY RESULTING from ANY ACTIVITY there... PARENTS MUST WATCH All children to keep theirs safe! Having said all that, it can be a lot of fun! I would recommend for children ages 7yrs. and older...those that can also help keep themselves safe. My grandchildren ages 8yrs. and 10yrs. love it.
$50 bucks
It's pretty cheap. We got a deal on it
Yes you can wear your own socks and when you do go you come out better not having no type of parties it's not worth it you better off paying for each kid they will have a wonderful time my grandson had turned eight years old he loved that place all his friends loved it as well the youngest in the group was 2 years old she even had a ball
Not specifically, but you can bounce around with your child and have fun.
It's a fun place for kids but it's not worth a party I paid $406 for 10 kids and all they received was two pieces and a picture of drinks and you couldn't go in the room until an hour before you laugh so all you got was one hour in the room it's not worth it you're cheaper than paying for the kids to go individual and have your party somewhere else I thought it was over price over exaggerated but Forest of activities the kids had a lot of fun they were on their own no involvement with employees or anything tell that one hour came before you left it's when the party started next time I'll just let the kids go play I'll pay the 16 or $15 per child it's worth it that way then the way that they charged you wasted money but overall the kids have fun that's what matters
They have parties there. I'm pretty sure it should not be a problem for a party that tiny. I'm not sure they would let you bring your own food though.
$16 per hour per person plus $3 per person for a pair of socks. The socks you get to keep and use on future visits. Future visits would then only be the hourly rate.
Go on groupon. They have great deals. I got four 90 min sessions for $55
