Not good! I went to get a small camper and found one that I wanted. They took my deposit but left out that they did not have the title. When I went in to check on picking up the camper I was ignored by the sales manager and was then told they did not have the title, but was working on it. Then I called and they had me call the person doing titles, she was in Vermont at the time and I was brushed off again and ignored. Then they hired a new person and she was the only one who treated me professionally. Close to 3 months later and multiple calls later they said they were not able to reach the previous owner. At this time I asked for a refund of my deposit. What I received was a check with "VOID" written on it. The run around was unbelievable, unprofessional and I will never deal with Pete's RV again. Customers are nothing but a check book, they are not treated well at all.

Just purchased a Jay feather micro from this dealer. I wanna thank the walk through guy Angel, and my sales person Ty. The amount of work to get our options installed late in the day was amazing. Fair pricing and good people. I also wanna tell the service manager Gary, Toyota over dodge any day. Honestly from a sales background myself I feel all the steps in the process of getting my new camper was on point. I highly recommend this dealer. P.s. thanks for the extra attention to make sure the truck had the safety aka a brake controller installed. That will save a lot of new people to rv life from big mistakes.

My wife bought a 2022 jayco grey hawk from Pete’s Rv at the Hershey RV show and loves it. Pete’s was easy to: place order , sales rep Alex kept her informed as it was “coming down the line”and answered her last minute questions, pickup at Mountville PA was very informative and when an oversight occurred with paperwork to title, they made it right! She previously called another area dealer before purchasing but they never returned the call and glad Pete’s did!

After an attempt to purchase a camper (down-payment cash in hand, mind you) at an inept, unprepared, uneducated, snotty dealership in Souderton PA that starts with the letter "F", we decided to check the inventory at Pete's on our long drive home. Since Pete's is in the neighboring town, we decided to give them a chance to take our money. We were totally apprehensive since the previous owners of the dealership, Kline's RV, was absolutely NOT worthy of earning our business. Anyway, we found a decent unit (2018 Kodiak Ultimate), arranged to get a showing, and ended up buying the unit. Ty is a great salesman...very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and a good sense of humor. The buying process was painless, quick, and easy. Waiting for the title to come back from Connecticut was a mild PITA, but all went well, and I'm considering it a non-issue. Before delivery, Pete's repaired a section of floor on the kitchen slide that was damaged...at no cost to us. That's quality customer service, right there! Into our 2nd month of ownership, we encountered an issue with the AC. It stopped blowing cold air, so we looked into having it repaired/replaced through the warranty that we purchased with the camper. It took a couple weeks, but we have the camper back in our storage area with a new AC unit. When you are offered the opportunity to purchase the warranty, DO IT! RV repair cost$ add up quick! Now we have an issue with the automatic levelling system...didn't exist when we last used the camper in Oct '21. We're anxious to see how this pans-out. I'm expecting this issue to be remedied in the same fashion as the AC problem.
