I have been greatful working here over10 mths. Is very nice to here.I cannot talk about the food because I always bring my own but they are real clean & Management is very goog.PS.Parking needs to be improved .

Call light went unanswered for over 30 minutes. I had to get up and use my walker to go to nursing station for assistance. They were not busy. They were chatting with each other as though they were not at work with patient care responsibilities. I had my call light on because the light in the other unoccupied bed was on and I wanted them to turn it off so I could go to sleep. They never turned it off.

Not a good place for my elderly father. Very Poor physical therapy, Impatient nurses and care givers. We had to hire a private nurse to sit with him at night because the nurses took away his call button. ****UPDATE: AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS, I FINALLY RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM BERKELEY WEST! I was informed that they were very surprised to hear of my bad experience. I told them that my post was over 2 years old! In the meantime, my father passed away, having never recovered from his broken hip and "non- recovery" experience at B.W.

The lady i caregive for stayed there and was very pleased. They are very clean, very patient and respectful, always aware incase anything is kneeded, i would highly recomend this place
