I was provided an appointment for service at my home one week earlier. On the day of the service the store called and said dispatch doesn't realize how long it takes and my manager wants you to bring the car in to the shop. They stated at my car will take 4 to 5 hours. I took it to the shop and in 2 hours oh, the car was ready. I would have appreciated honesty that they don't want to work at my house and would rather work and their shop rather than being deceptive and practicing lying to customers. Makes you wonder what else are they lying about

My car was broken into with the rear window broken. Insurance used Safelite so I called to get it fixed. They said they needed to order the window and could fix a week later. The night before they cancelled. Tried to call the local store and the automated system would not let me just talk to a person. Called the car dealer and window was in stock and fixed two days later. I would not use them. They were trying to get a non-OEM part which didn't exist to make a few extra bucks on me. Waisted a week with no window on the car.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: I have been waiting to get my windows fixed for a week and today they showed up and said wrong material and pushed me out another week, when I called to talk someone at customer service I was transferred to a supervisor who said there was nothing they could do, I asked to speak to someone else who could help maybe out of the location that is servicing me, he said no, and he would not allow to me escalate it. I told him i didn't like how you was treating me or talking to me The "supervisor" then said you don't have to like it I don't need your opinion and hung up on me! I can't imagine this the service Safelite is allowing their customers to receive, I am appalled!! I will never ever do service with them again, not only is their motto safe and right material which neither happened for me,but made it worse by getting me upset. I paid a lot of money to not have windows and be treated poorly.
