Band was amazing, bar service was very terrible to say the least. There is no real way to get a table. There's not a waiting list or any way to get a table other than by getting lucky. It was completely full over an hour before the band started. My group just kind of hangout in the dance floor area; where you just feel in the way most of the time. Can't say anything about the food as there wasn't any tables available anywhere to be able to eat. 👎

Brielle is by far the best server! She’s always smiling and remembers my husbands and I’s face every time we walk in. She is always welcoming the band with a smiling face. She makes the experience at Burning Bridge a great when when she is working. Burning Bridge did something right when they hired her . Margaret - Scott

First let me start by stating that when they do the summer outdoor band events it is wonderful (five stars)and in or out they get great bands, but for multiple indoor events we have gone to there including last weekend had several issues. Bad acoustic layout inside for bands. Over crowded as you need to get there 3 hours early just to get a seat. And even while sitting at the bar it still took over 30 minutes to get a drink as there were 2 bartenders and it was all they could do to keep up with the table servers orders so the patrons at the bar were all complaining about the lack of service. We wound up leaving after the bands first set because we had already been there for several hours and the 2nd round of drinks was also a 35 minute process for just bottled beer.

Came here on a Saturday night to watch a band of a family friend and we had a good time! The drinks were decent and the barbecue was pretty good and all for a fair price. It was very full when we went but the atmosphere was upbeat and fun!
