Lets just state, ZERO stars. I have not seen a single upkeep of this entire community since moving in years ago, and it readily declines. NO DUCT CLEANINGS, no sanitization of carpets hallways or paths (in 6 years!), and the trash on site is overwhelming. The children have no place to play (so its in the parking lot with your vehicles) where you also have zero parking by 5PM and will find yourself on the street M-S. The main water break in my apartment left us without shelter for 3 days, and the resolution was a carpet steam to 300 of the 800 square footage. Imagine life there. My vehicle is filled with dings from other vehicles, my packages never arrive safety, and even my laundry went missing with a load of Summer Linens. Welcome home,. Evergreen Apartments.

This place is the worst place ever

This is by far the worst place to live. From the moment I toured the apartment I knew this place was no good. However I needed to move ASAP with my two children. I’ve had several leaks all year round. One leak in particular was the ugly water pipe showing in my kitchen. I’ve called it in so many times. They come to start the work and never come back to finish. My cabinets are currently rotted. And surprise surprise, of course the slum lord doesn’t want to replace them. I mean we are talking mold and mildew and water damage on wood. I for sure thought that was worthy of attention but apparently not. I was told bc I was in court standing there was nothing she could do, mind you I don’t owe anything. Why am I going to court if I don’t owe you a dime?? The hallways always stink , grown men looking at lil girls like they are meat. It’s disgusting. And this whole building is so out dated. It need to be shut down. People live so nasty , that once one person gets roaches the whole building is swarming in a matter of days. I pay wayyy too much money to be living in these circumstances. Don’t move here ppl! Your better off in the hood!!
