Just got my mudmaster back. Only took a week and a half to repair. Watch came back in factory condition. Also was pressure tested so i know i can have confidence in the capabilities of my watch. Completely happy and will continue to take my watches there. Also receptionist was very nice and personable.

Great company! They fully refurbished my Casio G-Shock mudmaster watch that a local company basically destroyed because they failed to install a seal correctly. The service was awesome, prices were reasonable and Shipping was fast !!! Thanks !!!!!!

This place ruined a Gucci watch that I took in for a simple battery change. Avoid this place if you care about your watches. There was also no watch repair person to speak to when I picked up my watch. I was told the watch repair person was not in. No accountability for their actions.

Took forever to get my frogman fixed. It took about 7 weeks and that's because they claimed they were waiting on parts from Casio. They told me they would call me back after finding out where the parts were. The next day I get a call saying the watch is ready. Went to pick it up didn't notice anything wrong til I got home and one of the screws that was broken was left in and they didn't even bother to fix it they just placed the top half of the screw in to make it look like the screw wasn't broken. Needless to say I'll be giving them a call.
