I went to the New Garden shopping center Ollie's this week and wanted to find a through rug for my house, Ollie's have a great selection of them. This is not the problem. The problem is no one helped us. Every place that stores the carpet was in such disorder I could not get to look at a carpet. The carpet table had so many carpets on it no one could ever look at any carpet except the one on top. If you walked around the carpet area you took your life in your hands. They were sprawled all over making a tripping hazard every aisle you walked in. I would think that the manager would take customer safety first priority and there employees safety also. If they don't have enough employees to manage that area shut it down, rope it off and straighten that area up. Open that area when you have help. I will not go to that store untill it has a better safety policy and have more help.

Normally the store has been pretty well staffed and has courteous people work there. Tonight was a different story as I waited 13 minutes in line because the floor supervisor wouldn’t cancel out a transaction that someone had left hanging. He didn’t care there were four other people in line waiting for him. Very disappointing. His fake smile and attitude just exacerbated my frustration. I left without being able to purchase what I came there for.
