Like everyone else I would give this place ZERO if I could. Went there for an endoscopy on my throat today. I've never witnessed such a level of rudness and blatant disrespect to customers in my life. Secondly, I WOKE up during my procedure and pulled the scope from my throat because they don't know how to sedate u properly. Who did they blame?? ME. If u wake up choking to death of course u will do what u can to breathe. Now I'm back to square one because instead of putting me back under they said they couldn't help me!! WONT be coming back here.

If I could rate zero starts I would. This place is beyond a disaster. The procedure directions are photocopied from the 90s and are complete with all the wrong directions for their current medications and requirements. They even tell you that one the the prescriptions they are giving you most likely cant be filled since no one carries it anymore (I called SIX pharmacies). The wait was almost 2 hours, no one answers the phone, emails or returns even urgent phone calls. Why would you trust a body part to these people??

Good luck even getting through on the phone. I've never experienced this ever in my LIFE. Never 1 time have I ever been able to reach the office. I've called several different office locations and it goes to a VOICEMAIL. And nobody calls you back. One time I finally got through and the lady on the phone says, their phone number is WRONG on their website. On top of that - they say to make an appointment online. I did. Nobody got back to me. This feels really shady and a scam. I only came here because I have HMO and this is the only Dr that's near me and is in my network. WHAT A JOKE
