My experience at this store was a joke. Garage door was broken and parking lot was blocked by trucks and vans parked in it. Went inside and there was no staff. The general manager’s number was posted so I called. No answer. I waited and looked around. I saw a sign to make an account and check out online, so when no staff materialized I did that. I then had to drag a bundle of boxes through the parking lot to my car. As I did a guy (apparently the only employee) yelled, “Did you pay for that?” And came up to me. I explained the scenario, showed him my online receipt (he didn’t even seem to know it was an option and kept asking me how I paid online). He didn’t say anything after I showed him, so I dragged my boxes away. He didn’t offer to help of offer any explanation. Do not shop here!

One of the more frustrating experiences of my life has been trying to schedule a hitch installation for my vehicle at this location. I scheduled 3 appointments and each time I was told the hitch would be installed so I coordinated my family's schedules in order to leave my vehicle there. Which meant I always had to pay for a ride to work or to get back to pick it up. On the 3rd time I was told they again don't have the correct hitch and it would take 2 weeks to arrive. I was told by the store manager that he could provide 20% discount and waive labor which sounded like it cost the installer and not the store. Employees seemed frustrated which was appreciated but no one could provide a acceptable solution. do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

They like playing games with peoples money. I stopped paying through card because they kept taking more money than what was due. I don’t know if this is all uhauls or just this one in that case I think corporate needs to get involved these people even the manager has NO idea what there doing but robbing people of there money. They do anything to say they didn’t get a payment so they can add a late fee.

I agree I saw all little green pellets in my second story Locker for Mouse prevention and I asked the staff I said when I move am I going to have mice in my carpets and the girl shrugging her shoulders at me and said possibly well that sucks
