First off all car repairs can be costly. All-Star is not the cheapest, but they aren’t the most expensive in town either. Remember, you get what you pay for with automotive repair. And most places don’t give you a 5 year, 50,000 mile warranty on all of their services. All-Star does. But that’s not even CLOSE to why I will be bringing my car back every month and budgeting car care and maintenance. The people here are helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and they listen!! Joel, Joe, & Heather are just top notch. They are funny and charming and honest. I am a woman. I know a little about vehicles, but I definitely don’t know enough. I didn’t feel that the staff were condescending nor did I feel they were trying to upsell or scam me. In fact, they went out of their way to explain what was necessary, the cost, the reason for the costs, options, set up a timeline for repairs and >100k miles maintenance, and worked with me to get our jeep back on the road safely. They also provide a free shuttle to take you to work or home AND they’ll come pick you up when the work is done! Heather drove me to work. She’s charming and a safe driver of a clean shuttle.

I am from Minnesota and have only been in CoMo about a year, so finding a go-to, trusty worthy car shop was important. I've used all-star automotive twice and really appreciate their customer service. They do a great job with the vehicles but are also willing to tell you what NEEDS to be done vs. just what's recommended based on mileage. Joel specifically was easy to work with and helped me get my car in and out the same day for basic maintenance work and brakes. Definitely recommend this place and have recommended it to others in the past.

I went in for an issue with my car stalling and a wobble in my steering wheel. I told this repair shop at least three times to three different people. I spent a lot of money to fix the problems with my call. 1 hour after leaving the shop my car starts stalling again. I called back and spoke to Joel “who said we will make it right”. So, I took it back the following morning and he tried to tell me I never told them of the issue I am describing and they want to charge me $130 for an inspection? How is that making it right? Finally they did the inspection and determined that a fuel sensor was bad. Oh that will be another $500 bucks! Get out of here. All the maintenance done yesterday was routine maintenance and I was told it would fix my concerns. It’s not my fault that Front desk doesn’t properly communicate with the mechanics. Then when I picked up my car today they told me that have the best customer service. Ha! I’ve been with out my car for 2 days and still don’t have the main issue fixed. Don’t take your care here. They call to make it right and left me high and dry.

I'm new in town, so I took a chance and brought my Escape there for inspection. The whole team was friendly and helpful the entire experience. They shuttled me to and from my office while they worked, and gave me clear and understandable information as a result. I rarely write reviews, but their team is worth the time!

Being that they are not produced aftermarket nor sold used we would refer you to the dealer for a seatbelt replacement. Thank you for asking.
