We went in for our first time this evening and were pleasantly surprised. Great food, friendly attentive staff. Loved that even though it is a bar the music was NOT blasting like at so many other places. We will be back for sure. Be sure to try the potato kegs they are amazing. I had the scallops and shrimp with the ancient grains it was cooked perfectly and my husband had a club sandwich. His comment was this is one of the best I have had here in the Midwest.

We arrived around 1:30pm. We had a 30 minute wait. The food was excellent. Our waitress was great. The place was full but our glass was never empty. We had a large party and our food came out in decent time. I will recommend.

Was a great spot to eat with my daughter. We wanted something light but in a friendly atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We tried tge 1/2 Turkey sanswich and salad. Whith with the summer heat, was perfect... Thank you for taking care of us...

I don't have enough words for how great this place is. But primarily, what motivated me to write this review was the bartender, Lisa S. (I got her last initial because I wanted you to know who I'm talking about). This woman is incredible. She's been with this company at this location 18 years, and it runs as well as it does because of her. I hope this place knows what a gem they have. She is the sweetest lady and will make you feel like a special customer. She makes great drinks, works hard and has amazing service, and I would come back just for her. It's so rare to find a great person that will go out of their way to connect with customers. Thank you for the great experience Lisa!

We waited in our vehicles until they sent us a text message that a table was ready then wore our masks to a table. Then ate and wore them back out.
Late night happy hour is from 9 p.m. to close. Drink and appetizer specials.
Would love to answer but have no idea. Would call restaurant on that question.
54th Street is a restaurant chain founded in Kansas City, MO by Thomas E. Norsworthy. The owner envisioned a place that would appeal to both dining and bar customers but also offer the quality food and drinks that exceed national chain competitors. The result is an eclectic, retro style atmosphere that accommodates both a lively bar crowd and consistently crowded dining room, translating into a great experience for all types of patrons.
I wouldn't consider it super quiet! I have been there when their were a lot of young families there at that time and it can be noisy. I would try eating in the bar on a night there are no local games playing. The best time for quiet is 7:30 or later also no wait or at least a shorter wait time. 6pm can be a wait.
I'm not positive, but I think they're open until 5 or 6?? Call to confirm....
3pm to 6pm Monday Thru Friday. 9pm to close nightly.
We do not have Cobb salads, but we di have an awesome arrangement of many menu items. You can view our menu online as well. Hope to see you soon.
