I was locked out of my home with my dad at midnight. There was something wrong with my deadbolt, it was not unlatching all the way. Call their customer service and they said they would reach out to a technician and be back with me shortly. Nobody called after 20 minutes. I called back and they said there's nobody in your area available at this time until tomorrow morning at 7:30 a.m. I'm in the Milwaukee area, large city. My dad and I are outside freezing in Wisconsin 8°. We left and got a hotel. The next morning nobody called me. I called them and asked what's going on they said we scheduled you for 7:30 a.m. but the technicians operate on their own hours. They said I'm first in line. More time went by and nobody. The guy finally called me some hours later and said he'd be there in 45 minutes. Never showed up.

Key works fine...pricier than other stand alone key copiers..although fancier. Can even store the key info to make a key without your key in case you lose it. Wanted a fingerprint to use that feature as opposed to a password...unless I missed the password option. Other things too such as copying key cards.
