Love the food! [Update 8/6/2022] Went there for lunch and were seated promptly, as always. Both my wife and my son ordered their favorite fish tacos and I ordered the Beachside bowl. It has fresh grilled pineapple, red bell peppers, snow peas, water chestnuts, red onion, broccoli & diced scallions. And it’s served over white rice. And I like that you can get both, the teriyaki or hoisin sauce on the side. You can order it with grilled chicken but I got the grilled fish, which is my favorite. And I had a strawberry lemonade and the refills kept on coming. Our waiter was on top of that. We usually go to their Orange location but this one is great too. Congratulations to them on celebrating 40 Years in business!

Ordered a burger, medium well. Burger was served raw in the middle. Server had it remade. Otherwise, friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Try a shake.

Convenient location in the Irvine Marketplace almost makes up for its poor layout - but heck, we were all spoiled by the great location and layout of the (now closed) Island's on Culver & Barranca! Best thing about this location is Carlos, bartending most evenings - he's amazing! Carlos is an Island's institution - been doing great things at Island's for decades! His professionalism and customer-first attention to detail really makes your visit a pleasure!

I am a vegetarian and wasn't very fond of burgers in the US until I found this place. I absolutely love their veggie Hawaiian burger which has pineapple slices and teriyaki sauce.
