There are abandoned vehicles in the parking lot for starters, the security locks on the outside doors are non-functional meaning anyone could get in. The air conditioning unit in both my room and my parents' rooms were non-functional to poor. The breakfast, which in other Super 8's I've been to has been usually decent, consisted of nothing but granola bars. (we were down there before 9 AM). All in all one of the worst hotel experiences I've had

Our room had a broken air conditioner. I turned it on & we ran to the store for last minute things & when we came back it was stuffier than ever. I told the front desk & he was super helpful about moving us to another room. The location was great, it was by everything we needed to do. Rooms were clean. Toilet was wobbly & it was odd seeing a motel have windows that could open, obviously this was an older building.

Keep on driving. Hotel had a musty, cloying odor permeating the entire building. Broken lamp shades and poor lighting in the room. Sat in the recliner in the room and practically hit the floor. When I asked where the breakfast was, I was told they only offer a "light" breakfast. Super Start breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, and a granola bar.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We were supposed to have a queen size bed and was given a double instead. I told the front desk, and he argued with me that it was a twin size. The room was clean, but there was never anyone at the front desk when you needed something. They didn’t serve breakfast, and the front lobby was dirty and not well organized. All the staff was interested in was taking your money! Worst experience I’ve ever had, and will never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere, because you won’t get any service there, nor will you get what you paid for. Very disappointing!!
