The hotel and room were slightly dated, but everything was very clean and worked well. The staff was really nice and helpful. There was a small breakfast in the morning as well. I was traveling through and would stay there again if I found myself back in Pocahontas.

Positive: Location Negative: Smelled, dirty, no breakfast, didn't have hand sanitizer by coffee area. I assume no breakfast due to covid, but other hotels had it. If worried about covid, why no hand sanitizer? Just using it to save money. Poor decision

Super nice staff! I was having a horrible day traveling (I went the wrong way for 2 hours) and they went out of their way to help me out and make my day better! The room was very spacious, beautiful and clean! Only downside was the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would like, it was more firm than soft. Still I would stay there again and I recommend it as a nice hotel!

Would not recommend this hotel. Could not keep our reservations straight. We requested to have our room cleaned daily, only cleaned it three times. Breakfast bar not ready for service 5 out of 7 mornings. Last day we were locked out of our room and our room rate was $25 more expensive. We were prepaid. Still not straighten out. A plus the room was good size.
