Went through drive waited 10 minutes. No one came to window. Drove around building employee sitting outside. we asked what time they closed, the employee said 11 but the closed early (sorry)

Last Saturday I ordered 3 big breakfasts and a small Hi-C. I live four miles from the store. I was in the middle of painting so this is why I came to McDonalds. Well when I got home, I had no pancakes or syrup after waiting about 25 minutes and the food I got was cold. It was cold that day and I was busy and I was very disappointed ☹️. No more McDonalds for me.

Over 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. When i made it to the pickup window I had the pleasure of watching 3 employees stand ina circle for 7 minutes by the soda machine checking there phones and chatting. Management needs to be fire and all new employees the current crew is not salvageable.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They didn't have any hamburgers available, at a McDonald's. After spending several minutes at the drive thru speaker my order was finally taken properly on the fourth try, I had to ask for my receipt at the pay window which was handed to me by a rude employee who seemed upset by my request. When I was at the next window I was given three drinks and two bags of food. No straws, no ketchup, no napkins were included. I had to beat on the window to get someone to come back, and told her I needed some napkins and ketchup, which she then handed over with a curt and rude manner and slammed the window shut and walked off. I had to pound on the window again to tell them I wanted my straws. When I got them and started to drive off, I heard her throw a little angry cussing fit. As to my sandwich, somehow, a deluxe crispy chicken with mayo became a spicy chicken with big Mac sauce and vegetables a whole zip code away from the center of it on a burnt bun. The fries were also old. All that after wasting 40 minutes in a drive thru line. Eat anywhere else.
