Honestly Culver's has it going on. Can't say enough about their chicken sandwich better than the other big players. And of course their burgers are the best around. Always fully staffed and happy employees. It's our number 1 go to for "fast food" burgers, although it is more like a nice sitdown restaurant. Love the variety of the menu never disappoints.

The employees need more training on knowing the menu and making sure the order is correct. For the second time in a 6 week span, me and my wife encountered where the employee did not know the menu. In addition, our order was wrong. It's not a reflection on the employees,it is a reflection on the training. The employees are nice enough, but need more training on customer service and knowing the menu.

Service today was fairly quick and the food was made fresh as always. The mushrooms Swiss butter burger lacks some flavor by comparison to the other menu options. The spicy chicken sandwich on the other hand was delicious!

This is definitely one of the nicest Culver's out there, the staff was so friendly that they even gave me a little cup of Oreos to go with my cone. they also complimented me, so nice:)
