The manager i talked to. Her name was Nicole. Was VERY unprofessional when asked about some of her Employees and issues with pawns and layaway she stated its not her job and went to the office and refused to deal with it. Get new management and maybe it will be a better place to shop.

Not very satisfied with my experiences here at this shop. The Manager at this location doesnt supervise her Employees at all. When asked why EVERYTHING you have here is slowly being put out to be sold, Nichole (Management) says its not her job to make sure the other employees do their jobs. Which if im not wrong is the WHOLE reason your in Management. For someone who is in this shop 3 times a week or MORE asking if anything is due, This shouldnt be happening. So im Just letting others know if you Pawn your items at the Parkhills location. There is a high chance you'll never see these things again ( unless its in a case to be sold) mind you i was in here on the 7th and was told im all paid up. Its the 9th at open and this is what i walk in to... my items xbox1, nintendo switch, 3ds, and extra remotes and game cartridges being sold and employees taking the video games home (free of charge) and saying its not their job to watch other employees that movies and game are free to employees (WHAT)... umm somethings DEFF kinda fishy there... maybe it should be looked into... *Rant over*

Came in and looked at the tvs. Not sure the ladies name. But spoke to her about the pricing. She explained that it’s priced this way for a reason. I asked about them dropping it down to original price. They refused. I’m not Paying $52 more for a used tv than a new tv guarantee most items in this place are over priced. All I’m saying is make sure you price check any items you think about purchasing from here before you do it.

DO NOT USE THEIR LAYAWAY! BUYER BEWARE! I put a ps4 in layaway and had been paying on it monthly. I almost had it paid off and I called to let them know I would be on my way. According to my contract I was supposed to get it on a friday, I called the monday after. Because I didn't get my ps4 on friday they put it back. I understand that, but they also took roughly $200 of my money. I didn't get a credit with a fee taken off, just $200 gone. There was no grace period and no attempt to reach me to let me know what would happen. I was not told that if I was late even by a day that I would lose both the item and all money put down on it. I was however told that dollar amount doesn't matter either. If something was $1,000 and only had $1 left on it, if that $1 is late the person loses their item and $999. So buyer beware. I personally won't be buying from them again. I prefer a pawn shop that tells their customers things like this upfront if that is their policy. I just wonder what they do with the money they take from their customers. Does the person responsible get a nice bonus or the manager?

This place can be very busy at times. When you have 3 people taking care of customers on 3 registers sometimes they miss answering a call.
