The absolute worst service of anywhere I've ever been (Chester) Ordered 3 times at the drive up and they couldn't get my order correct. Then had words with the incompetent manager. (She was the one taking my order) Requested District Manager's phone number and was told she didn't have it. If you want to improve service., FIRE everyone and shut it down! This place is below a one star rating!!

I'm generally not a big fan of McDonald's to begin with, but this one isn't too bad compared to other McDonalds. I haven't ever had a problem with the quality I feel like being less than any other McDonald's quality at other locations, it usually seems to be freshly cooked. This McDonald's is not very easy to find if you're not familiar with the area or don't just stumble upon it on your way through town. At this location, customer service is usually consistently fast and friendly and I've never had a problem with the cleanliness at this establishment. There is an outdoor play center for young children, but I'm not sure if it is in use at this time as I haven't tried to visit it, I've only been through the drive-thru since the beginning of the pandemic.
