We have a power shut off tomorrow morning and management just told us this evening. All residents received a <24 hr notice about a complete power shut down.

Needed help with lost keys one day. No one was in the leasing office to help during work hours. The same was true the next day. Also emailed and called but received no response. I did not have access to the apartment for a few days. Inattentive and non-responsive management, especially during emergency and urgent needs.

Nice roof and perfect lounge and meeting room(except not knowing how to use meeting room's TV and couldnt find hdmi outlet) Luxerone is also useful. Alex is so nice and responsible~ The apartment is a quiet and comfortable sanctuary. Everything is perfect.

The Dwight is a great place to live! Close to Downtown Berkeley and the University Campus. Nice clean grounds and very approachable management.
