Go to the hillsboro office, make sure to bring your ID and any other documents that you may need. The notice on the door says appointments only and gives you a number to call. DON'T LEAVE call the number and press the number to make an appointment. Someone will answer and help you get what u need. You don"t need an appointment to get your birth certificate. They should make it a little more clear. Good luck and if you want to make sure they are there give them a call before toy leave. Hillsborough is a drive from where live.

Thank you for reaching out. If you are referring to a COVID-19 vaccine clinic taking place in Festus/Crystal City, it is hosted by another community agency that is providing a closed vaccination clinic. Hosting clinics is up to the discretion of the vaccinator.
