We have been going to this restaurant for years, the food is good, but no order for pickup or delivery is ever correct. Have had to call and speak with the managers every time and it gets quite old, apparently they don't care since it keeps happening. Granted we are offered the missing items, but it seems like they would correct the problem.

Daughter got a salad, the lettuce had visible dirt and the leaves were wilted and pretty much whole. I had the chicken BLT, they forgot the bacon and cheese. They took my plate back that I had already eaten off of and added cheese and bacon. By the time I got my plate back the rest of my family was done with their meals. The manager comped my side order of hush puppies, but really my whole meal was unacceptable. I didn't ask for a full refund because the food has been so horrible the last couple times that I actually feel bad for them and always want to give another chance. Kind of like rooting for that kid running a mile and everyone is just secretly happy he crossed the finish line even if he got lapped twice. Don't be that kid Cracker Barrel. Cross that finish line. Step it up.

Food was good. Service was go off at first, but then seemed to disappear. We had our place settings and do of Bro ought out to us by entirely different staff then the one which to out order.

I have gone to the Herculaneum, Mo restaurant a lot of times. Normally everytime I had gone, the food was great. HOWEVER... my husband took me there today (3-1-22) for my birthday because I had been craving their chicken & dumplings. They were not great this time. He even ordered the roast beef & said there was a LOT of fat on it. Seems like they are going down hill. Not sure I want to go back. The only great thing there was our waitress (great service & personality) & she gave me a free birthday ice cream with chocolate sauce & whip cream. THAT was great.
