Run by a bunch of kids that won't help you because they are too busy playing I waited at service desk for 35 minutes them telling me the only one that could help me was on a 15 minute break, after waiting the 35 minutes turned out the guy was standing there talking all the time after I got angry he walked over to help me ,I give Malden walmart a big FAT 0 stars 🌟

This past week I went to exchange something at Walmart and it was an electronic; make a long story short the young man at the checkout was Tyler. He called for the supervisor and a guy named Evan came up and expedited me with my exchange. I explained the situation and I was on my way within 3 minutes total. I believe both young men need a raise! On a 1-10 scale they were a 15. Thank you again, Ryan. PS. This was around 4 months ago

Love this store! We just moved here and were delighted to find a Walmart so close to our country home. It's a smaller Walmart, so easy to navigate without feeling like you're walking miles from one end to the other. They carry most everyday items and even groceries, which surprised me in such a small store. Also, the staff are very friendly, just like a small town store should be.
