The experience I had here was incredibly awful. The sales guy, steve, assured us it would be an easy process and smooth sailing. We encountered problem after problem. We gave them the money for the mobile home. Used their contractor for the concrete pad, it was done incorrectly. We then had to have a state inspector come check it to okay the mobile home to be moved on it. It took us 3 months to get the unit, after we paid. Then we were being talked to very poorly throughout the entire experience. We bought 4 loads of dirt we didn't need. To compensate for such soft ground, we then had to buy 2 loads of gravel that could have been avoided. Steve talked to my husband and father with respect. Steve talked to me like I was a dog. He was very rude. I'm assuming because I'm a young woman. Once I stopped dealing with Steve and dealt with Gavin directly. It was a slightly better experience. I learned that Steve wasn't forwarding any of the pictures requested to the service department. Here we are, a year later, still waiting to do the walk through to get all the things that were damaged in the move, fixed. I would never recommend buying from this dealership. I eventually had to hire someone to fix the things wrong with the home, as the ice maker to the fridge leaked and mold was forming. I was told I would be reimbursed. It's been a month and I'm STILL waiting for that check. These are a bunch of terrible people, from the sales man to the owner. I'm forced to believe that anything over a 2 star rating for them are just people paid to try and balance out all the bad reviews. I've been informed that Steve doesn't work for Ferrell, however, he works at Montys. Ferrell is the owner of both. A lot of times when I had to call in and work with people they referred me to the Ferrell number when I bought from Montys so I will not remove this review until I get the reimbursement check I was promised as I had to have someone else fix the issues with the home.

Ferrell and Montys manufactured homes are owned by the same people. We just replaced our AC system and not even 4 years old. Read reviews on Monty's as well before you purchase a home as they don't acknowledge the negative problems and complaints. There was no warranty given to anyone here and it came with house we purchased. It was delivered in a van without a box from a guy who was contracted by said company. HOW IS It the manufacturer when you had someone deliver it. No papers given and was not in a box.

Went and started the process on buying a home. Due to certain events at the time we became unable to finish the purchase. Had plenty of kind people ready to let us view homes and help plan out what would be best for us. When we decided to start the purchasing process Dave helped us get set up and gave us plenty of resources to look at financing options and laid out everything very clear. When life took some turns and we decided that this would not be the best for us at this time we talked to Them and let them know we would have to hold off for now. Dave was more than patient, and was great in getting us our deposit back and making us feel welcome enough to come back later on. Would highly recommend Ferrell mobile homes for anyone looking to purchase a new home. Fast service, kind people, and beautiful homes at affordable prices.

Just trying to get my new home fixed from delivery. After having to reschedule the walk through because I didn't get get the schedule confirmation and trying at the last minute to rework my work schedule to make it back that afternoon I had to cancel. I tried for 2 weeks to get Mr Ferrel on the phone about when it could get done and he never called me back. I stopped by this morning to talk to him about it and he started off mad stating that I was calling them liars about not receiving a call for the first scheduled appointment. I asked him to calm down and that I was just trying to have a civil conversation with him about it and he said that I had 2 choices and that one was to leave. I assume the other option was going to be a threat since he was upset. I bought a brand new home from them and all I want is for it to be setup and finished correctly. No finger pointing here, No on has contacted me with a reschedule, After calling several times and no response I went up to talk to Mr Ferrel about it and he threatened me and asked me to leave. Stating that he will not allow anyone to call them lairs.

We don't do the financing, that is done through the finance companies. You can try 21st Mortgage or Triad Financial. Hopefully this helps!
We don't have land for sale but if you found some we have a great selection of homes to choose from. We are also setup with lenders that offer land/home financing.

I don't see were we sold you a home here at Ferrell Mobile Homes. However I believe I can answer your question. When a home comes in it is a construction site at that point. Unfortunately there are shipping materials such as plastic and shipping boards that are left. The setup crew should have asked were you wanted them left. If you look at it as a package coming to you, you would have to dispose of the box once you opened it. I hope this answers your question. We will deliver to Blythville. The application is at our office along with some other documents that will need to be signed. One of the lenders offers 0% interest rate with well-qualified customers. Interest rates can vary greatly depending on down payment and credit scores.
The finance companies make that call but they do offer programs with as little as 5% down. Naturally the more money down the more programs available for those with damaged credit.
