Very sad went there to rent a car. Website said they had all kinds of vehicles but..... guy at counter said don't you watch the news we have a shortage of cars??? Wth really people its a car rental place and you have no cars to rent!!!

Not helpful and very rude. If I didnt have a ride already arranged and an understanding boss, i would have lost my job because they take their sweet time. Whoever the gentleman was that helped me was sighing THE WHOLE time like i his job was a bother. I was also told i was "top priority" 2 days ago and still do not have my rental. Not even a call. And i was the one who reached back out the first time. Also, tried to make a phone call and he is trying to speak over me (after i find out i need a ride back out if that place) he proceeded to even follow me out the door. My husband called and did get aggravated really fast because he wasnt letting him speak either. The gentleman told him he was going to hang up, so my husband ended the call because their obviously a lost cause. He tried to tell me he called someone and they "ever so graciously gave up their spot for me" its now been another 24+ hours so it sounds to me that this place is not "ever so gracious" if there was another rental place in town i would have RAN with my business. Management, you guys need to get a grip. Almost every review from now to a year ago is 1 star and im also a person who could give 0 if i could. Very disappointed so far, not even in enterprise but the staff at this place bc my main vehicle was even bought through enterprise. Poplar Bluffs is the ONLY ONE i will never recommend to anyone. Hopefully I'll have a vehicle today.. but we will see.

My girlfriend wrecked her suburban her insurance connected her to these folks she had rental insurance. After the insurance totals hers the rental ended well she tried to extend the agreement additional days but cd not get thru there phone line so she calls the cape office which had no issue at all they modified it extended the days, only for the guy in this office to leave her threatening text message that he will pursue charges of theft if not returned by like 9:00 am. She’s at a family engagement an gets that message panics goes completely into anxiety she gets sick to the point of puking because now she can’t get ahold of them AGAIN Won’t answer there phone. When cape office already cleared additional day. So my girl leaves her sister (she hasn’t seen in a year). Finally getting the bluff office on the phone he says to her “Oh I see it now where u did call them yesterday before closing an modified this ok my bad”. Man thanks for ruining her time her dinner, so now we decide to try and try again an get an additional day to GO BACK to her sisters .,NOPE. Dude wants like 370 bucks when literally that’s all she’s got in the bank so she wd be in overdraft. Thanks a lot.

I was told I am on the Do not rent list at Popular Bluff Mo.after they already confirmed my rental at the branch. I called customer care they ran my license and confirmed I wasn't on there. I had to drive all the way to St.Louis Mo. to get a rental due to the shortage of cars. I have reached out to the area manager who never calls back. I am very upset with how the branch manager keeps getting away with this .

You have to have a paid electric bill up to date. But for 4 days 751.00. More if you take out road side and there insurance there is a 300deposite included in price oh the dont take cash either must me a debit or credit card
